Bank & Vogue is an internationally trusted broker for used clothing. Its mission is to create a sustainable solution for the “crisis of stuff”.
WebMarketers were approached to help Bank and Vogue with a number of digital marketing and web design services. We had to run Google Ad campaigns in both English and Spanish, optimize service pages for SEO and conversion goals, manage a multi-language site with proper SEO and schema markup for international SEO, and track conversions from WhatsApp.
More recently, our team has been working on a website redesign that is more modern with a focus on content and design.
We wanted to develop a good keyword strategy to ensure a strong start for our Google Ads Campaigns. We knew we had to actively add search terms to the negative keywords list to improve customer acquisition costs in a polluted keyword space.
The current pages on their site had a lot of useful content, but it was presented in a way that was not appealing to website visitors and not optimized for conversions. We came up with a layout that included a better header structure, images, and a sidebar contact form to increase conversions.
Starting with Stylescapes, our web design team embraced Bank & Vogue’s bold colours and typography in the new design. As our web design team got started on the layouts, they kept two main things in mind; the website needed to position Bank & Vogue as the international supplier and distributor that they are, and there needed to be an emphasis on the circular economy.
We also focused on improving the user experience by greatly simplifying the navigation menu.
Our development team built the website on WordPress using Elementor so that the client could easily make changes as needed. We integrated Gravity Forms for simplified web forms. For passive conversion, we embraced a modern UI of a floating contact icon that scrolled down the page as the user scrolled.
