To create the sheer volume required to move thousands of pounds of meat, we opted for a multi-platform strategy that maximized sales online. We launched paid strategies on Google, Facebook and Instagram to generate new traffic.
To maximize the value of the ads, we combined these efforts with email marketing and remarketing.
When Premium Meats first opened its doors, it operated like any classic butcher shop and promoted products through a flyer. To embrace this classic feel on the website and on social media, our designers took inspiration from sale flyers that placed an emphasis on imagery and pricing.
We opted for a dark theme website to position Premium Meats as the high-quality, professional supplier that they are. We also utilized sketch vectors for product categories to create a visually appealing aesthetic on the homepage and products page.
Once the refreshed website designs were complete, our development team began to build the custom theme on Shopify. Since they needed an efficient way to accept incoming orders and keep track of deliveries, Shopify was the perfect CMS to allow them to do so.
Our team added their entire inventory to the products list and set up the ordering process to allow for delivery options for local and non-local orders.
