Challenge.

ALX Legal is a boutique law firm in Ottawa with a vision for a modern law practice that provides clients with high-quality services at an affordable price.

WebMarketers were approached to help design and develop a custom website with a trendy new look that would help to better showcase their young, elite team of lawyers and professionals.

The challenge our team faced was trying to maintain a high level of professionalism while integrating the latest web design trends.

The
Strategy.

Our approach to the design needed to consider two things; it needed to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrate the latest web design trends.

We made sure to embrace the elements of ALX’s existing logo to create a strong brand experience on an online platform.

The
Design.

Our web designers came up with a theme that used hard lines and triangular accents that were reflected in the images and shapes used across the site. This was all reflected in the images, shapes, and accents on the website. It even bled into the flow of the content.

To convey the elite and professional look, our team was deliberate in their choice of grey-scale images. As well, this simplistic colour scheme allows the few shades of blue to draw your attention.

04.

The
Development.

Our development team worked on building the custom website theme on Strapi/ATX. Using this CMS allowed us to achieve fast page speed scores.

Our team also integrated a French language plugin so that the website could be easily viewed in either English or French.
