The
Challenge.

Capital Choice Counselling Group (CCCG) is a group of skilled counsellors, registered psychotherapists, registered social workers, and psychologists that provide high-quality services around the Ottawa area.

When WebMarketers were approached, CCCG was a growing organization that was being held back by its outdated online presence. They had aspirations of ranking on page 1 of Google but kept falling short; a problem that was compounded by a poor conversion rate and high conversion cost.

A unique challenge our team was also faced with was finding a CRM solution that would organize and connect patients with the best-suited counsellors. At the time, this was a very manual and time-consuming process that needed to change if they were going to grow successfully.

The
Strategy.

Our team developed our strategy with two main objectives in mind; we needed to find a solution to address short-term lead growth and we needed to find a way to help them gain a long-term competitive advantage.

We decided a new website was needed along with an SEO-driven marketing strategy. The website needed to be designed with conversion optimization in mind, as well as a framework that would allow us to build out unique and engaging content.

Our marketing strategy also included launching a Google Ads campaign that would be effective in generating an increased amount of leads for a lower cost.

In order to meet all their CRM needs, we decided to create a custom CRM solution. This approach would allow us to solve all their issues and allow the owners to manage their business from a distance.

The
Design.

In our website designs, we embraced their brand colours and created an updated layout that was easy to navigate. At the top of the homepage, we included a drop-down list that would help funnel patients to the specific service or expertise that they needed. We created service page layouts that we could easily build out for all areas of counselling.

04.

The
Development.

To help them improve their internal operations, we integrated their website with a patient management system. This integration allowed them to easily connect new patients to counsellors that would be best suited for their needs, and quickly calculate accounts receivable and remittances every month. Believe it or not, this integration allowed our clients to successfully manage their business from a cruise ship when they needed to!
