Even with the consolidation of some key services, the joint-company plans to retain all current staff and will be initiating a hiring blitz which is refreshing at a time when most tech companies have announced hiring freezes or layoffs. The joint-company will also be expanding its downtown office footprint, bucking the current trend, as most of its staff are in the office at least 4 days per week.
