The Challenge

Scrap My Car needed a new website to replace an outdated and non-responsive website.  Their old website had a conversion rate of around 7%, which we felt could be made much higher with a more professionally designed website.  The business owner was running his own Google AdWords, and he wanted us to take over management of them to relieve him of that duty and free up more time for managing his crew and picking up cars.

The Solution

Our goal was to keep the new website focused solely on increasing Scrap My Car’s phone and website conversions using a straightforward, friendly layout and trust building elements.  We also rebuilt the AdWords campaign, improving location targeting, ad copy, and the quality scores of each ad.  We also implemented a SEO campaign and Facebook social media posting to further increase Scrap My Car’s online footprint and really make the most of the improved website.

 

Combining all of these online marketing channels with the conversion optimized website proved to be an amazing investment for Scrap My Car.  Not only did they save the time of managing their own AdWords campaign, but we were able to increase his contact form conversions from about 7% to 14.60%. They have received 100 conversions over the past 30 days, and all of their tow trucks are running full-time scrapping cars all day!
