Warmstone Family Dentistry

Warmstone has been Ottawa’s fastest growing dental clinic for the past 3 years due to their different approach to their patient’s experience. They provide a spa-like dental experience for patients in Ottawa with state of the art technology, equipment, facilities, and patient care services.

The Britannia Yacht Club (BYC)

As Ottawa’s most popular yacht club, BYC needed a website that could show the extensive facilities, beautiful views, and vibrant community. Specifically trying to target a younger audience, the BYC needed to draw attention to their clubs and premier event venues.

Develeko

Develeko is a unique construction and renovation company that gets involved in projects early on and assists with the early stages of large projects. Develeko is uniquely capable of this as one of the founding partners is an architect who focuses heavily on the design portion of any project.

Shop All Cars

Shop All Cars was a brand new service that allowed users to browse all new car makes and models, and book meetings at local dealerships. The problem was, the domain had no history and the website was starting from ground zero organically.

NexGen Hearing

NexGen Hearing was looking to reinvigorate a large Google ad campaign across western Canada, with ambitious cost-per-lead targets. Matching and controlling spend figures and cost per conversion across all franchisees was a unique challenge that required intimate knowledge of how to properly position their services to an older clientele across cities with very different demographics.

Wavve Boating App

Wavve had a well designed and developed app, but wanted a website to further promote it. Wavve had specific design goals in mind, trying to reflect the app in an online experience and further appeal to new customers; boat clubs across North America.

Lumberjaxe

With a well designed brand, Lumberjaxe wanted a website that could bring it to life and a marketing campaign that would grow their business with a younger audience in two different countries.

Magnolia Construction

Magnolia Construction is a highly regarded construction and renovation company in Ottawa, that exclusively completes large jobs that require multiple specialized trades. With a large team at their disposal, Magnolia Construction requires a high volume of large renovations.

Enviropure Home Cleaning

Building upon a very successful home cleaning business in Ottawa, and expanding the brand to new cleaning services such as carpet cleaning. Taking a recurring service and adding on one time special cleanings as a brand extension while preserving and growing the existing brand was an interesting challenge the WebMarketers team was eager to take on.

Groovy Yurts

To build a presence that generates traffic online, and builds enough trust on the website for a user to purchase a big-ticket item without seeing the product in person. A secondary challenge was to help Groovy Yurts streamline their internal sales process, separating sales of new yurts and parts requests in a CRM.

Advanced Consulting  and Training (ACT)

The training industry is one of the most competitive online, with dozens of large companies competing for the same clicks, standing out among the crowd is a challenge for smaller, local training businesses. ACT had a pool of local clients, but was looking to expand and dominate the Ottawa market.

ALX Legal

ALX Legal is a group of lawyers looking for a trendy new look to better showcase their young, elite team of lawyers and professionals. It’s difficult to toe the line of maintaining a professional look while also tying in the latest in web design trends, the WebMarketers team had their work cut out for them.

Escape Adventures

Escape Adventures is a very seasonal business where there is a short window to book courses, meaning there was little room for optimizations and success from day 1 was critical. WebMarketers was engaged right before this window was opening, meaning there was a tight window for planning and research.

Enviro Painting

Enviro Painting was looking to generate as many painting leads as possible for $35 a lead, prioritizing indoor residential painting. Once this was established, we worked to grow the campaign to include niche services such as stucco/stipple removal and garage epoxy sealing.

Premium Meats

As businesses were forced to close their doors at the start of the pandemic, Slipacoff’s Premium Meats was focused to pivot from their traditional ‘brick and mortar’ business model to an online storefront. They wanted to be able to deliver the same level of quality, freshness, and food safety but with the added convenience of home delivery.

Croft Tree Experts

Croft Tree Experts faced a number of challenges in their website, tracking and marketing efforts. The website was running on an older version of Wix, and as such was limited in terms of tracking, updates, and visual appeal. They had been running their own Google Ads, but without proper tracking struggled to match ad data with phone calls coming in.

Capital Choice Counselling

Capital Choice Counselling was growing as an organization but was held back by a rudimentary online presence. They were consistently falling far short of their ‘Page 1 on Google’ aspirations; a problem that was compounded by a poor conversion rate and high conversion cost. Also, organizing and connecting patients to the best counsellors was a very manual and time consuming process that needed to improve if they were to continue to grow.

Broadview Health

To create a digital presence for two separate businesses at the same location; concussion recovery and chiropractic treatment. Concussion treatment in particular is a very niche service, and creating a marketing campaign that could generate the amount of qualified traffic needed was a complex problem.

The Oz Store

In a crowded market where dispensaries have begun popping up everywhere. The Oz Store needed help with a marketing strategy that would help them build brand equity and establish a loyal customer base. Marketing in an industry where paid advertising channels aren’t accessible meant that our approach would need to focus on organic marketing channels, fuelled by creativity and great design.

Argyle Associates

The management team at Argyle Associates started to see stagnation in their growth and largely attributed it to a poor online presence. Their website was dated and their review scores were suffering due to negativity bias. Argyle knew that it was time to engage a team that understood their industry and professional restrictions imposed by both the RCDSO and various social media platforms.
