The primary challenge Givecloud faced was the conversion of MQL’s to active users, battling challenges with user adoption and change management.  This resulted in a large percentage of users struggling to launch their first fundraising campaign. 
 
Recognizing this challenge, a conversion optimization analysis was conducted to strategically analyze the content that would best enable users to self-onboard and achieve the produce lead growth (PLG) investors were seeking.
