Who Is Enviro Painting?

Enviro Painting provides customers with professional home and commercial painting services in the Ottawa area.  They provide both interior and exterior painting, deck and fence staining, drywall repair and more!

The Challenge

Enviro-Painting had hired a digital marketing company before, but unfortunately they were unable to provide return on investment that they were hoping for.  After meeting and discussing goals, it was evident that in order to get a positive ROI some conversion optimization work would be essential.  The owner of Enviro-Painting didn’t want to wait for site modifications before beginning the marketing campaign, but WebMarketers was able to convince him that the increase in conversion would be worth waiting a couple weeks.

The Solution

Since the website was recently built, WebMarketers was able to work with the existing WordPress theme and redesign several key pages.  Designing a trust building slider using the owner’s image and utilizing the slider area to implement a quick contact form really made the homepage stand out from the average painter site.  Creating a mini FAQ right above the form that answers some commonly asked questions also helped build trust with users, further increasing the conversion rate.  Adding in some recent photos of their work and real customer testimonials increased the conversion rate from 2.14% to 6.61%!

 

Once the site was setup properly, it was easy for WebMarketers to look at Enviro-Painting’s recent clients and create an ideal customer profile to use in all marketing efforts.  To balance both short and long term results, an SEO and Google AdWords campaign were setup.  This provided Enviro-Painting with instant leads from interested visitors, and improved placement in the search results for a steady base flow of leads over the medium-longer term.  All of this has allowed Enviro-Painting to book more painting jobs than ever before, and resulted in their most successful year to date!
