Q & A with Kyle
If WebMarketers was a craft beer, what kind of beer would it be?
Probably an IPA – it’s strong, a bit offensive to some, magnetic to many, but above all, gets results 🙂
What are some of the favourite places you've traveled?
Bermuda, Portugal & the Whitsunday Islands in Australia. All of them feature one-of-a-kind landscapes, however I’d have to say that one experience of them all takes the cake…. my week at Heaven’s Gate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyPeLaHxUR0
What would be your dream car?
If you could get a do-over on one thing in your career/business journey, what would it be?
I would have never tried to lead WebMarketers like it was a sports team. While many on-the-court principles may apply, organizations seem to do a lot better when motivated constructively.
What’s one piece of advice that you’d give to an aspiring entrepreneur / someone about to launch a a new venture?
Focus on something in the service industry that is low-risk at the start. There’s enough to learn that you aren’t even aware of, that you don’t need to complicate things by trying to pursue a billion dollar idea with a low chance of success. Stay lean & don’t give up. Try to work smarter than others, and harder than anyone else ever will. You will defy the odds. Business is a marathon, not a sprint, and it’s all about winning the game to infinity.
