While Zea offered a powerful and innovative platform, its existing website did not effectively communicate the value or capabilities of its technology.  The team identified several key challenges:

  • An unclear user journey that made it difficult for visitors to understand Zea’s offerings
  • Complex technical concepts—such as CAD data transformation and 3D visualization—presented without sufficient clarity
  • Multiple product lines without a cohesive narrative or structure
  • Paid campaigns generating interest, but at a higher cost due to gaps in the on-site experience

We clarified the product narrative across Zea’s full lifecycle — from CAD through Configurator, Catalog, and Service — and restructured the site around how each buyer type evaluates and decides. The platform serves three distinct buyers: the CEO skeptical of failed rollouts, the after-sales lead buried in outdated documentation, and the innovation lead pushing for faster adoption. None of them buy the same way, and the old site treated them all the same.

We then produced a custom animation that makes the technology immediately legible to a non-technical buyer in under 90 seconds — turning what was previously a complex explanation into something you can watch once and understand.
